La Misi\u00f3n de Observaci\u00f3n Electoral y la Embajada de Suecia abren la convocatoria para evaluar el impacto del proyecto \u00abDemocracia Ciudadana para la Paz\u00bb implementado durante el periodo 2015-2016.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Es una evaluaci\u00f3n de corta duraci\u00f3n que intenta identificar c\u00f3mo y hasta qu\u00e9 punto la MOE incide en las instituciones estatales, en los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n y en las organizaciones sociales para a mejorar la calidad de la democracia.<\/div>\n

Minimum requiremets<\/strong><\/p>\n

The ideal candidate will be a<\/strong><\/p>\n

–\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Social scientist with postgraduate education;<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0With training in monitoring and evaluation of public policy;<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Work experience in areas related to electoral politics, democracy and international cooperation;<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 8 years of relevant professional experience (policy evauation):<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Familiarity with Colombian electoral system and NGO ecosystem;<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 English language skills.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
