He has collaborated with civic organizations on five continents to promote and protect the integrity of electoral processes through systematic evidence-based election observation, including Parallel Vote Tabulation (PVT), Sample-Based Observation, Voter List Verifications and research on barriers to full citizens\u2019 participation in election processes.
