Elecciones Nacionales Colombia 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><em>En 170 municipios coinciden riesgos electorales tanto por factores indicativos de fraude y por factores de violencia. <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Estas elecciones registran el menor nivel de riesgo de violencia desde que la MOE hace esta medici\u00f3n.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>En 31 municipios los riesgos por factores indicativos de fraude electoral disminuyen tanto en elecciones de C\u00e1mara como en Senado.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bogot\u00e1 8 de febrero de 2017. <\/strong>La Misi\u00f3n de Observaci\u00f3n Electoral MOE present\u00f3 los \u201cMapas y factores de Riesgo Electoral- Elecciones Congreso y Presidente 2018\u201d, en el que se\u00f1alan 170 municipios en los que confluyen riesgos electorales indicativos de fraude y riesgos por factores de violencia, siendo esta la menor cifra registrada hasta el momento en la historia de la MOE.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque el n\u00famero de municipios en riesgo consolidado disminuy\u00f3 frente a las anteriores elecciones de 2014, en donde se ten\u00edan 260 municipios, el nivel de riesgo extremo aument\u00f3 en 14 municipios, pasando de 50 en 2014, a 64 para los procesos electorales que se avecinan.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo a Alejandra Barrios Cabrera, directora nacional de la MOE, \u201clos riesgos electorales pasaron de ser corredores que atravesaban importantes zonas del pa\u00eds a ser regiones espec\u00edficas en las que se concentran econom\u00edas ilegales y diferentes actores armados\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La MOE solicit\u00f3 al Gobierno Nacional, a las autoridades electorales y a medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, especial atenci\u00f3n a estos 170 municipios de los cuales 64 presencia de las autoridades responsables del normal desarrollo del proceso electoral.
