{"id":3387,"date":"2018-06-17T16:40:06","date_gmt":"2018-06-17T21:40:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.moe.org.co\/?p=3387"},"modified":"2021-08-09T12:42:11","modified_gmt":"2021-08-09T17:42:11","slug":"segundo-informe-moe-4pm-segunda-vuelta-presidencia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.moe.org.co\/en\/segundo-informe-moe-4pm-segunda-vuelta-presidencia\/","title":{"rendered":"Segundo informe MOE \u2013 4pm segunda vuelta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>SEGUNDO INFORME MISI\u00d3N DE OBSERVACI\u00d3N ELECTORAL MOE \u2013 4pm<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>SEGUNDA VUELTA ELECCIONES DE PRESIDENCIA Y VICEPRESIDENCIA DE COLOMBIA&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>17 de junio de 2018<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Misi\u00f3n de Observaci\u00f3n Electoral-MOE de la sociedad civil de Colombia, hace entrega a las autoridades, medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, organizaciones de la sociedad civil y ciudadan\u00eda interesada, el primer informe de observaci\u00f3n, correspondiente a la apertura de la jornada electoral de la segunda vuelta de las elecciones de Presidencia y Vicepresidencia del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Para este proceso electoral la MOE cuenta con 3.414 observadores de los cuales 3.169 son nacionales, 139 observadores internacionales en Colombia y 106 observadores en el exterior. Esto equivale al 84.7% del potencial electoral.<\/p>\n<p>Este balance recoge lo observado desde las 11:00 am hasta las 3:00 pm.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Irregularidades y delitos electorales <\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>La Misi\u00f3n de Observaci\u00f3n Electoral,&nbsp;<em>ha&nbsp;<strong>recibido&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><strong><em>entre las 12:01 am y las 3:00 pm&nbsp;un total de 272 reportes&nbsp;sobre posibles irregularidades y delitos electorales DE 22 DEPARTAMENTOS y BOGOT\u00c1&nbsp;Y 103 MUNICIPIOS DEL TERRITORIO NACIONAL.&nbsp;&nbsp;La principal irregularidad reportada es la presunta compra y venta de votos y presiones a los votantes con 129 reportes <\/em><\/strong>en los que se se\u00f1ala movilizaci\u00f3n de votantes en carros buses y taxis, entrega de dinero en efectivo y mercados.<\/p>\n<p>Se han recibido 76 reportes en los que se presentan algunas anomal\u00edas de impacto moderado sobre el proceso electoral, frente a falencias en los procedimientos de los jurados de votaci\u00f3n y material electoral, as\u00ed como el ingreso de testigos electorales.<\/p>\n<p>Entre el d\u00eda de ayer y hoy la Procuradur\u00eda inici\u00f3 indagaciones preliminares por presunta participaci\u00f3n en pol\u00edtica de funcionarios p\u00fablicos de las alcald\u00edas de Sincelejo, Santa Marta e Ibagu\u00e9.
