Una vez entr\u00f3 en vigencia el Acto Legislativo 02 del 25 de agosto del 2021, las distintas entidades competentes (Gobierno Nacional, Registradur\u00eda Nacional del Estado Civil – RNEC, y Consejo Nacional Electoral – CNE) adelantaron las reglamentaciones que la reforma constitucional les hab\u00eda impuesto el mandato. De esta manera el marco normativo se ha venido ampliando, buscando generar mayores claridades sobre las elecciones a desarrollar en estas circunscripciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
