A partir de esa fecha, la Organizaci\u00f3n viene adelantando un seguimiento al proceso electoral, recolectando informaci\u00f3n sobre el desarrollo del mismo e identificando los posibles obst\u00e1culos y preocupaciones que puedan afectar la transparencia, seguridad, libertad y acceso al voto en condiciones de igualdad.
